ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFO
The retreat starts November 8th. Please plan to leave the US on November 6th. We will arrive in Denpasar close to midnight on the 7th. We will stay at a hotel near the airport. The following morning of the 8th we will travel by bus about 2 1/2 hours to reach our first destination. Flight details will be provided upon registration. Plan to be gone from November 6 - November 18. Travel days are not included in the 11 days of Retreat. If you want to participate, but are limited to the number of days that you can be away, there is an option of reducing travel days by opting out of location 2 and/or 3, which would also reduce cost slightly.
ACCOMODATION OPTIONS & PRICING
11 Days of Bliss
Early Bird Pricing
$4,285 per person for double occupancy / shared room
$5,625 for single occupancy / private room
Spots are limited. This is early bird pricing, price will increase in March.

To secure your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To be eligible for the per person double occupancy rate,
you will need to have two paying adults agreeing to share.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments can be made through Applepay or Zelle. Once I have approved your participation, payment will secure your spot.

*After deposit. You agree to a monthly payment plan or payment in full.
*Payment in full is due by September 8 (roughly 60 days prior to retreat)

Travel insurance is recommended.
​
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at time of registration.
Cancellations prior to Aug 1st: You will forfeit your deposit of $500 plus a cancellation fee of $100. The remainder of any payment made will be refunded to you.
Cancellations after Aug 1st: - You will forfeit $1500 + a $250 cancelation fee. The Remainder of payment will be refunded to you.
This cancellation policy is strict and firm. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, GROUP SIZE.
Transportation: Ground transport to and from the airport and resorts is included. Airfare is not included.

Meals: Roughly half of the meals are included. All meals will be included at the retreat center at location #1. Meals are not included at location #2 & #3.

Participants: This retreat is intimate and will be limited to 20 participants.
