Meditation

Meditation can profoundly alter your life experience. Even in small doses, it can influence the way you experience the world by actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain in ways that affect your emotions, ability to focus, cope with stress, increase brain coherence, feel greater compassion, create calm & reduce inflammation in the body. 

 

In the practice of meditation you are building the connection to your higher self, the frontal lobe of the brain, rather than your instinctual, automatic and conditioned self, your primal or hindbrain; especially in difficult situations, this helps us assess and have control over our thoughts rather than being reactive. Our mind is clearer, we feel better, and we are just healthier in every way. Mediation provides a much deeper and more profound level of rest for the body. As a result, every aspect of our life is rejuvenated.
