If sharing a room, please include the name of your roommate.

All rooms are limited.
Select preferred room choice in registration email. To be eligible for double occupancy rate, you will need to have 2 paying adults in the room.
If you are coming alone and would like to share a room, please indicate that in your registration submission. If there are others who want to share, the double occupancy rooms will go to those on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due at time of registration. The deposit is non-refundable AND non-transferable.

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to event, Feb 19th.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The $350 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any monies received above the deposit, will be refunded before Feb 19th.

CANCELLATION AFTER Feb 20, 2020
You will forfeit ALL money rendered. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. Please have travel insurance in place to protect your investment.
