In this weekend retreat, you'll step back from life and breathe in more YOU. Connect with like-minded individuals, let go, smile, relax and focus on body, mind and soul with each experience.  


This inspired program focuses on giving back to yourself through: kundalini yoga practices of movement, conscious breath work and meditation, a rejuvenating evening Sound Bath experience, hikes in nature, workshops to explore ways to live a happier and more meaningful life, healing circle, energy clearing, grounding, chakra balancing and more.


All of this with the intention to feel more and to feel better as you nourish you.
